July 29, 2007 Day 101
In this morning's drawing I deliberately tried to do the opposite of a strong central core with light, airy edges. I made the edges strong and created a light, airy center. When I see myself falling into a particular pattern or direction, I like to explore its opposite, or at least something different.

Last night I woke at 3 a.m. and couldn't fall back asleep until 6. It is now 6 p.m. and I am dazed. After getting up late, trying to talk to a client on a bad phone (Verizon is supposed to fix the problem tomorrow), and rushing to finish my drawing, I ran off to attend a baby shower. All I can say is, I think I'll be ready to attend another one in 25 or 30 years. It was a "women and girls only" event, so Adrian was spared.
Now I need to crash.
(Note: There is a gap between the dates I'm writing and posting because I had to give myself time to get ahead in case we travel and I'm not able to post.)
