My exhibition, "Patterns in Abstract Art," is hung, invitations are out, and all I have to do now is show up at the reception this Friday and enjoy the limelight. Yet I'm still anxious. I think my social anxiety is getting worse as I get older, but I am attempting to listen to Pema Chodron and soften around the feeling, giving it space to breathe.
Here are a couple of paintings from the show:
Abstract Patterns Two, 40" x 30"
Abstract Expressionism Three, 30" x 30"
There are also several pieces that are 5 feet by 5 feet. Here's one:
Galaxy, 60" x 60"
